Affiliate Marketing Coordinator
Ecom Access is a relationship oriented Internet marketing company located in downtown Montreal. We provide a platform for businesses that are using the internet as an integral part of their marketing strategy.
We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to join our team and provide marketing support for our affiliate programs across multiple clients.
This is an entry-level position for a highly motivated internet savvy individual who has a desire to learn!
JOB RESPONSIBLITIES
- Provide email and/or telephone support to affiliates regarding the benefits, features, and policies of the affiliate programs
- Assist affiliates with html tracking links, reporting, commissions, and other questions
- Analyze and optimize daily affiliate operations and relationships
- Develop recruiting objectives, identify and recruit websites to join the affiliate program
- Drafting and editing professional copy for newsletters
- Daily and monthly communications to affiliates
- Proactively contact affiliates on a daily basis, maintaining contact records and following up
- Identify areas requiring improvement and provide input into future development & optimization
- Work with marketing team to report and analyze affiliate performance
- Support the marketing team with day-to-day marketing tasks that contribute to the overall goals of the team and the company
- Stay abreast of industry issues and online marketing trends
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 1 to 2 years experience in an internet based customer service environment
- University/College background in relevant field or 1 year of marketing experience
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Able to type at least 35 words per minute
- Exceptional knowledge of the Internet and how users interact with content
- Understanding of basic HTML
- Knowledge of online marketing techniques
- Exceptional contact management and follow up skills
- MUST be able to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Self motivated and keen to demonstrate initiative
- Genuine interest in the internet and ecommerce
- Problem solving skills and the ability to learn quickly
- Goal oriented and career minded
- Understanding of affiliate programs is preferred
- Experience in online gaming, online dating or online shopping is preferred
