A busy working woman, Erica would like to see a teleporter invented so that she could avoid her daily commute on the bus. She would happily replace her transit time with long dinners and drinks with her family and friends. Her ideal day would begin by waking up in a tent and canoeing to a golf course, where she’d play a few rounds, followed by an ultimate Frisbee game. After lunch, Erica would teleport to the top of a mountain and snowboard or ski down a few times before watching a movie and reading lots and lots of books. If she can’t do all of those things in one day, she is very content to pursue her interests in her free time. Erica enjoys traveling, and most recently spent two months travelling around and surfing in Costa Rica.

Catherine was born and raised in Montreal, until the age of 10 when her family relocated to Toronto. She moved back to Montreal to complete a bachelor’s degree in International Development and African studies at McGill University. She has previously worked for a magazine featuring the top restaurants and chefs in Quebec, and she remains passionate about discovering new foods and restaurants. She has been working for Income Access as an Account Manager since March. She looks forward to providing support to Income Access’ clients and is excited to see how the online gaming industry will evolve over the next few years.

After completing her Bachelor of Commerce with a focus in Marketing, from Memorial University of Newfoundland, Jennifer attended a brief French immersion program in Montreal. After falling in love with what the city has to offer, both culturally and with regards to career possibilities, she made the decision to permanently relocate to the Montreal. Jennifer has since found her way into the iGaming industry, something she describes as ever changing, challenging and exciting. Attracted by the thrill of a continuously evolving industry, the level of independent creativity, relationship-building opportunities and the support and friendliness of her team, Jennifer has found herself settling in to her role as Affiliate Marketing Coordinator at Income Access.

Louis has certainly come a long way since his early years as a "Sandwich Artist" for Subway, where he was fired for failing to asking customers "would you like that with all the fixin's?" His teen years involved wearing a minimum of 2 flannel shirts at all time, and carrying around all of his Nirvana albums in a lunchbox as a sign of mourning for Kurt Cobain. He also witnessed some powerful historical events, spending New Years Eve 1999 in Times Square, and attending the Million Woman March for reproductive rights in Washington DC, 2004. Since then he has put his energies to a different use via social activism, by launching an agro-tourism operation in Medellin, Columbia. Having lived there for six months, Louis learned Spanish fluently and worked with a group of Colombian farmers to launch an agro-tourism operation (www.cafealban.org) to give them an additional source of revenue and give tourists a chance to experience rural farming life in Colombia.

After choosing to complete her Bachelor of Business degree in Queensland, Australia, it’s nothing short of ironic that a decision to relocate to Montreal would result in landing a job with a company whose founders hail from the Sunshine State. Deanna loves the fast pace and creative freedom that being an Affiliate Marketing Coordinator affords, and is most passionate about brand/relationship management and social media marketing. In her spare time Deanna can be found spoiling her fur child (cat), taking full advantage of the city’s bike paths, parks & nearby mountains, vintage shopping or enjoying a cold beer and “poutine” on a patio. Shalini's career began in Hong Kong, where she produced and marketed events for a regional advertising trade publication. A few years later, she made the big leap to Montreal where she is now settled with her family. Soon after, Shalini's second leap was into the online world when she joined Income Access as an Account Manager. Her commitment to high levels of service for her clients soon took her into the new role of team leader. Shalini's focus is to ensure that the quality of client servicing and communication is maintained at the high levels it is known for, whilst working with partners on strategies that will help enhance their overall marketing objectives.

Jamie Fortunaso has been with Income Access since 2005. During this time he has been involved in email marketing, affiliate management, account management, search engine marketing and search engine optimization. Jamie is the Manager of the Affiliate Marketing department and is responsible for the management of the Affiliate Marketing team. Jamie is originally from Australia. Outside of work, Jamie can be found playing rugby for the Westmount Ravens (the oldest rugby club in North America) and renovating his house.

Caitlin moved from Connecticut to Montreal in 2005 to attend McGill University. Upon finishing her Bachelor of Arts in International Development Studies, she decided to stay in the wonderful city of Montreal, despite the rough winters here. In fact, she has come to like Canada so much that she plans to become a citizen at some point in the future. Caitlin has been working at Income Access since 2009 as the Human Resources Coordinator. Shelby graduated from the University of Massachusetts in 2009 with a degree in journalism and communications. While she misses summers Massachusetts, which were spent working as a whitewater rafting guide, she is thrilled with all the opportunities Montreal has to offer. Since joining the Income Access team Shelby has gained a wide variety of experience, first working as an Affiliate Coordinator, and now helping our partners work effectively with the IA software as an Account Manager. When she’s not at work you can usually find her at a nearby mountain snowboarding or lounging in the sun at a park.

Sarah is a first generation Canadian (half Scottish, half Italian), born and raised in Montreal. Always outgoing and great with people, Sarah knew she wanted to pursue a career as a "people person". This led her towards obtaining her DEC in Business Administration. Throughout college she spent her summers travelling throughout Europe, visiting extended family, making new friends and going to as many rock concerts as she could (how many people get to see Rage Against the Machine in Paris?). After completing her stage in Nice, France she began a career in sales which further developed her client management skills and led towards her current career in account management.

Brad was born and raised in the Eastern Townships, 45 minutes outside of Montreal. He moved to Montreal at 19 to pursue a career as a musical theatre performer and within two months landed his first part in a production of Hello Dolly. Thirteen years and 30+ productions later, Brad finally decided to make his passion his hobby and started to work for a family service organization where he began to develop psycho-social programs aimed at educating students on various life issues using drama as a tool. This eventually led to a career in marketing which landed him at Income Access.

Janice Scrim joined Income Access in 2009 as the Communications and Media Strategist. Her love for words led her to complete degrees in Journalism at Concordia University and English Literature at McGill University. When she discovered that she could get paid for being a wordsmith, she embarked on the most rewarding career path she could think of, and hasn’t looked back since. Janice can be found providing affiliate marketing strategies to affiliates and operators through blogs, articles and social media, and helps to organize and execute industry conferences and events.

Sarah was born and raised in Montreal. She completed her undergraduate degree with a major in political science from Concordia University. Until recently she was a Financial Services Representative at TD Canada Trust. While Sarah did enjoy her time at TDCT her goal was to pursue a career in human resources. After completing her graduate certificate at McGill University in Human Resources Management she began looking for a new employment opportunity that would provide her with exciting opportunities and challenges within the field of Human Resources. Justin spent his childhood roaming the woods and swimming in the lake behind his family home in a rural Quebec town. He was then ripped from this picturesque, Rockwellian setting and shipped to Montreal for higher education. He quickly realized that with hundreds of restaurants, thousands of new faces and something called a Cineplex, the city wasn’t such a bad place after all. Officially converted to the big-city lifestyle, Justin also lived in Toronto for three years, where he provided technical support for a generic drug company.
He has used his journalism background to help contribute to the Income Access blog and other publications, and is always looking for opportunities to put his writing skills to good use. He also still makes it back to Rawdon every now and then for a leisurely swim in that lake.

I am the IT Operations Manager, which makes me responsible for technical operations of Income Access. Some of my responsibilities include the design, development, maintenance and support of our product as well as the management of IT, Design and Integration resources. I have been at Income Access since 2003 and feel very passionate about the growth of the company. I am very passionate about people and enjoy going out for drinks/dinner with friends and family. As Chief Operating Officer, Kristyn is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the strategic direction and special projects set by the CEO. She works closely with department managers to develop and maintain the processes and procedures designed to improve workflow and achieve maximum efficiency across the organization.
Before being appointed to COO, Kristyn managed client integrations, affiliate marketing and account management. Her role is integral in supporting Income Access’ goal of matching the unique needs of the iGaming industry, enhancing relationships with partners and implementing a strategic approach that will support mutual growth.

Catalin is the Chief Technology Officer at Ecom access, and has been part of the team since 2004. Catalin manages the technology strategy for technology platforms and infrastructure for the entire Ecom Access network. He oversees research and development, as well as project management and analyses technology changes to ensure the company is always up to date on the latest trends. Catalin is dedicated to implementing technical standards and ensuring adherence to them for product development and company operations.
