Income Access (IA): Thanks for speaking with us Bruno. Can you tell us a bit about your background in the iGaming industry and current role at EonF Media?

Bruno Machado (BM): I’ve been in the iGaming and tech industry for two years, specializing in sales and business growth. Almost two years ago, I joined EonF Media S.L. as a Business Development Manager. EonF Media itself has over 15 years’ experience in the affiliate space, operating through Eonf which is a tailored to different geos and traffic segments. We drive performance not only in casino and sports betting, but also crypto, banking, and e‑commerce verticals. To ensure compliant campaigns everywhere, we hold multiple affiliate licenses that let us operate in most regulated markets worldwide.

IA: What sets your retargeting strategy apart, and how do you handle user data?

BM: Our cornerstone is a privacy‑focused retargeting technology that analyses user behavior anonymously, without collecting or storing any personal data, and identifies players who’ve dropped off. We reconnect those “lost” users via targeted ads, bringing them back to the operator’s site. This approach runs on a risk‑free revshare model by default, though we’re flexible on commission structures. By combining large scale inventory from our global media ecosystem with strict data‑privacy standards, we deliver both high ROI and full regulatory compliance.

IA: What does it mean to be a successful retargeting affiliate, and what opportunities does this field offer?

BM: Success comes down to three core pillars: proactive support, consistent weekly campaign optimization, and strong ad investment. With over 15 years in this area, we’ve built one of the largest global retargeting ecosystems for iGaming—covering multiple verticals and geos. The biggest opportunity lies in leveraging advanced tools like predictive analytics and behavioral segmentation to craft personalized ad journeys.

IA: What are your plans for EonF Media in 2025, and where do you see the future of the iGaming industry heading?

BM: We’re setting our sights on a 30% market share by end‑2025, scaling to 80% by 2029. The industry is moving toward a more personalized, immersive, and mobile‑first model—powered by AI, big data, blockchain, and emerging tech like VR/AR. Mobile already dominates revenue, while crypto payments and expanding regulation in new jurisdictions are opening huge growth corridors. Overall, innovation and accessibility will remain the key drivers of iGaming’s rapid evolution.

IA: You attended SiGMA São Paulo for the first time—how was your experience?

BM: I was blown away by the scale of the three‑day event. Even without a booth, the networking was phenomenal. I built relationships with numerous operators across casino, sports betting, and crypto verticals, laying the groundwork for future partnerships. Meeting the Income Access team was a highlight, as we explored collaboration on managed brands and multi‑channel traffic growth. I’m already looking forward to returning next year!
