For this installment of our Affiliate Q&A series, we sat down with Renan Bastos, Head of Business Development at AdMasters, to explore his journey in iGaming, their strategy for 2025, and much more!

Income Access (IA): Thanks for speaking with us, Renan. Can you tell us a bit about your background in the iGaming industry and your current role at AdMasters?

Renan Bastos(RB): Thanks for having me! I've been part of the AdMasters team since 2021. My background is primarily in advertising, with a strong focus on display marketing, programmatic buying, and traffic generation. Before joining AdMasters, I worked extensively in the programmatic space, and that experience has been key to shaping how we run things here. At AdMasters, I optimize our traffic strategies and expand our presence across global markets.

IA: What are your main traffic channels?

RB: Our primary focus is on programmatic buying, which gives us a lot of flexibility and precision, and we use advanced technology to ensure the best possible traffic performance. We run high-volume display campaigns and invest in various forms of advertising depending on the partner's needs.

We currently bring traffic from Latin America, Brazil, Australia, the EU, and the US. What makes us unique is how we work closely with each brand to tailor campaigns based on their target market and KPIs. Every campaign is built from the ground up with the brand's audience in mind, so they're always custom-fit for success.

IA: What key cultural aspects do you consider when designing your promotional strategies for Brazil and Latin America?

RB: Understanding the local culture is everything. We make sure to connect with users in their language and try to understand their interests, values, and what resonates with them. That cultural connection builds trust and improves performance. The Brazilian and Latin American markets are diverse, so personalization and local adaptation are essential in everything from creatives to media placement.

IA: What does it take to be a successful iGaming affiliate?

RB: It's definitely challenging to start as the space is competitive. However, success comes down to great content and focus. For us at AdMasters, it's different since we specialize in retargeting and programmatic. Our advanced tech stack allows us to deliver fast and effective results without relying on player personal data — we don't collect or store names, emails, or other sensitive info, which makes us a very safe and compliant partner.

We currently work with over 100 brands and are growing fast. We're focused on expanding further into Latin America and Brazil, where we see significant potential, and continuing to scale with our partners in other key markets.

IA: Tell us about your plans for AdMasters in 2025!

Our focus in 2025 is to keep growing our team, explore new markets, and expand into more verticals beyond iGaming. We're always on the lookout for strong, long-term partnerships.
